Court then adjourned until Monday Morning, 10 o'clock, July 12, 1886.

Thereupon the Court suggested in substance, that inasmuch as the jurors would be likely to be confined for a considerable time, and it might be very unpleasant for them to be shut up over Sunday in their room, in hot weather--whether it would not be agreeable to all parties that they should be permitted to have carriages on Sunday; and to take a ride under charge of the bailiffs and the Court thereupon stated that he would certify the bills for carriage hire to the County Commissioners. To which action of the Court Counsel for defendants stated they would have no objection.
