Document is additionally signed by 13 witnesses to the execution. State of Illinois I, Canute R. Matson, Sheriff of Cook County, Illinois, do hereby certify, that on the eleventh day of November A. D. 1887, between the hours of ten o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon of that day, to wit: At 11.57 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, in the Common Jail of said County, I did, as such Sheriff duly execute Albert R. Parsons, in conformity with the sentence of the Criminal Court of said County of Cook, in pursuance of the order and judgement of the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois for the Northern Grand Division, made and entered of record on the 14th day of September 1887, and in accordance with the Statutes of the State of Illinois in such case made and provided. Chicago, November 11th 1887 Canute R. Matson We, the undersigned, who are not relatives of the above named Albert R.
